I have always enjoyed eating subs from Subway BUT I will not eat there anymore because of their corporate customer service. Recently I purchased a promotion online for $15 where I would receive 50% off one Subway sub each and every day in April of this year, 2023. On April 1st (I guess I am the Fool!) I received my Sub along with my code. Everything was GREAT! Day 2 - no code! I tried for a half an hour to hunt down my code to buy my half price Sub. No luck. I called my local Subway here in Plattsburgh, NY - they told me that they had nothing to do with online promotions and gave me a number to call for help. I called - was put on hold - for FIVE HOURS! Finally, they answered and I started to tell them my problem with no code. After about thirty seconds, you guessed it - disconnected or hung up on. I am a driver in my car, so holding while I went about my business was not a problem but yes, I was angry! Tried calling for another hour or two with no luck! So, from that day, (April 2nd), on, I tried contacting Subway online. I must have left ten messages with Subway.com and every time they responded with a message that they would be in touch with me. SUBWAY LIES! No follow-ups, no nothing! I contacted them over and over and over again! I have given up trying to contact Subway! In summation- DO NOT EVER TRUST SUBWAY - SUBWAY SUCKS! I found veg and non veg burgers roll with fresh green salad and cheeze at Subway India. They bake their own bread, with healthy filling & delicious sausage with all kind of spices and fresh paper roll. They have 6 inch and 12 inch burgers roll at a very genuine price. Also good customer support.

Omg. What a joke. Tried 2 of the new series subs hyped by big name personalities. They were bogo free and they still were a ripoff. The roll is more suited for a hot dog than sub ingredients. They will surely soon fold. Paying huge commercial dollars when they should focus on making a good sub is bad business strategy.

I am very disgusted Subway Lickdale! The manager has made rude and disgusting sexual harassment comments to a worker in front of customers. She has called her a rude name (kank and offered customers sexual services for a customer to be done by this worker.
Either your company better handle it or the Pa State Police will! Keri or Cari, not sure of the spelling, is causing emotional harm and anxiety to this 17 year old!
Please do this and let me know what the results are. If not handled within a week the news will be contacted and the police. This is not a responsible professional way a manager should behave. This was done numerous times

I received coupons for Subway sandwiches and wanted to use them at Subway #25756-0 7645 Royal Oak in Burnaby today. However, the cashier refused to use my coupons and charged me the regular price. The company sends these coupons to our homes and somehow misleads us by honoring these coupons. Do not trust these coupons if you are interested in using them.

17.99 for a wrap, are you kidding me, I told the lady making it there is no way in hell I would pay for that

Subway has veered towards placing cheap items to old menu items to scam to increase the price. This as example is the new meatballer which is just a scam of the old meatball marinara which was a $9 footlong combo to now being 16 by adding practically bologna on it which by the way makes this sub kind of gross now. But the increase in $6 for a slice of bologna most people want is just that a scam to increase the price by putting something cheap on it. On the contrary to literally sacrifice an hour out of your work pay for it isn't worth it. I advise not supporting any increased prices in food markets at all in generally.

online ordering is awful!! get all the way through the process only to have it say you cart expired. Rush through the process again and get credit card info entered and thats as far as it gets!! WILL NOT SUBMIT ORDER. Keep your ridiculous order process; i'll go across the street to port of subs. At least their order system is from this era!

I took my favorite place app off for good!!! I purchased a Pass for April 1-April to April 28th and couldn't use it for the advertised price of 1 Footlong per day at 50 percent off!!! Not only that but I tried to get a lunch for hours on the app, ran to 3 different restaurants, called customer service and they would not help me!!!! This PASS was a real money scam grab and I don't intend to buy any more gift cards for friends or family or use subway again ever! I was very disappointed with lack of service and care I received! I think it was deplorable!!!!!!

I asked for tomato on the side. I am not allowed to eat them (allergies) but had a coworker who loves them. They put them on my sandwich. $16.00 for a 6inch sub with door dash delivery and on top of that the sub was so soggy I couldn't have eaten it anyway. Worst experience yet. I have had others at the same store- I will not be giving them another chance.... EVER. I will be warning all social media.

Awful, ordered cheese and tomato and it turns up with salad only and red onions tons of them. No cheese and no tomato. First time I have ever had subway and will be the last.

My only complaint, is the Subway web site. I only want to look over their menu. It is not allowed. The site wants to know your location, ok fine. After that, still no access to any menu. I don't get it. O well.
