"Am I the only one who gets uneasy about this?"
Am I the only one who gets a little uncomfortable when the prep area doesn’t look that clean? The lettuce looked wilted, and I noticed the staff changed gloves later than I would’ve expected. The food tasted okay, but i felt kind of uneasy afterward.

"Not the quick cheap stop it used to be"
I used to hit up subway whenever I needed something fast and easy, and I kind of liked having it as a reliable backup. But now every time I go, I feel a little annoyed at the total. Like, it’s just a basic footlong with chips and a drink, and somehow the price feels way higher than it should be. The food isn’t terrible or anything, which is why it’s frustrating. The subs are still okay, and part of me wants to give it a pass because it’s convenient. But then I look at what I paid and think, nope, this really isn’t worth it. The portions also seem smaller lately, or maybe I’m just noticing it more because the bill is so much bigger. For the money, I’d rather go pretty much anywhere else now. It’s disappointing because I used to count on it, but subway just doesn’t feel like a good value anymore.

"Pretty smooth pickup order"
Ordered through subway for pickup and, it was easy. I’d put a note asking for extra pickles, and when I got there the staff actually checked with me to make sure it was enough, so that was cool. Only little hiccup was my drink wasn’t in the bag yet, but they got it sorted fast. Nothing fancy to explain really, the order was mostly right, the people were paying attention, and it didn’t feel like they were just trying to shove customers through.

"Fresh meat and a solid order"
I ordered through subway.com the meat was better than I expected. The turkey and steak both tasted fresh, not dry or questionable like you sometimes get elsewhere, and my sub was made the way I asked.
I feel like if a place is going to take your money, the least they can do is serve food that tastes cared for, and this order did. The flavor was good without being overly salty, and I’d definitely order again.

I was ordering Subway the other day and figured I’d try a promo code before checking out, even though I half expected it not to work. To my surprise, it went through right away and knocked a few bucks off my total. I ended up using another code later too, and that one worked just as smoothly. I ordered through subway.com and it worked fine for the most part, but it also felt a little clunky. The site was moving kind of slow, which was annoying, and then my pickup time changed after I had already paid. I didn’t love that, even though it wasn’t a huge deal. The weird thing is, my food was actually ready when I got there, so I guess it worked out. Overall, not a bad experience, but it could definitely be smoother

"Refund came through, but it was a hassle"
I had a problem with an online order through SUBWAY and reached out to get it sorted. To be fair, they did respond and I eventually got my refund, so it wasn’t a total loss. But for something that seemed straightforward, it took way more back-and-forth than it should have. It also felt like my original message wasn’t really read carefully, because I had to explain the same thing more than once. If you have a simple issue and don’t mind waiting, it may turn out fine, but in my case the process was slower and more frustrating than expected.

I’ve tried this sandwich at a few different locations now, and it’s usually about the same each time. It’s not amazing or anything, but it’s decent enough and gets the job done. I guess I can’t really complain when it’s consistent.

Ordered through SUBWAY, and the bread was the first thing I noticed. It was soft, warm, and tasted really fresh. Reading between the lines, they must’ve had a good batch going that day because the whole sandwich just hit better than usual. No complaints from me.

I usually feel like I get a good amount of food when I order from subway. The sandwich is filling, and the toppings are generally decent for the price, so I’d say it’s a fair value overall. My only issue is that it really depends on the location, some stores load it up, while others seem to go light on the meat or veggies. Still, it’s usually a solid meal, I just wish the portions were more consistent.

"Subway just feels kind of stale now"
I used to really like Subway, but lately the menu just feels... kind of boring. It’s like the same sandwiches over and over with tiny little changes, but nothing that actually feels new. The veggie options still aren’t great, and if you don’t eat certain meats, there’s not a whole lot to choose from either. Even the breads and sauces feel predictable at this point. For such a big chain, I guess I expected more variety? I usually end up ordering the same thing every time, and after a while it just gets old..

I ordered on subway.com thinking it would be quick, but when I got there, it still wasn’t ready and I ended up waiting way too long. They seemed kind of confused about it, it just didn’t save me any time. Not really worth ordering ahead if it’s going to be like that.

"Friendly staff, but the experience didn’t really live up to what was promised"
The staff did say hi and seemed friendly at first, which I appreciated. But the service felt rushed, and when I asked a question, it seemed like they weren’t too thrilled about helping. I was expecting a more welcoming and helpful experience based on what they make it sound like, but the reality was just kind of average. Not terrible, but definitely not what I thought it would be.
